Business Retention & Expansion Program

Thank you to those businesses that completed the 2009 Lake City Business Retention and Expansion Survey! We value your input and appreciate your business being located in Lake City. It is well documented that Lake City’s best source of economic growth and development is our existing companies. So the Economic Development Authority (EDA) developed a Business Retention and Expansion program to learn about the needs and desires of the Lake City business community. This program includes a detailed business survey, a follow-up individual on-site visit with each business to discuss their responses and address specific concerns, and a professional analysis of the information including identification of assistance options.
